How We Work Together
SENTA Partners (Southern Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy Physicians) is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports physician-led practices like ours by managing non-clinical operations — including HR, recruiting, payroll, marketing, IT, and compliance. This allows our clinical teams to focus on what matters most: helping people Breathe Better, Hear Better, Live Better. While our physicians and providers remain locally based and independently led, SENTA Partners manages all administrative and employment-related services on behalf of our practice.
