Yes, you will receive a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed trial, beginning on the day you receive the aid(s). If you are not completely satisfied during your trial period and the hearing aid(s) is returned in good condition, a refund of the purchase price less the $150 deposit per hearing aid will be issued. If another hearing aid model is selected during the trial period, there will be a credit or charge for the price difference. If the hearing aid(s) is lost or damaged during the trial period, no refund will be issued. Earmolds are a custom product and no refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by check within 30 days following the return date.
